My twentieth image in what will be group of images I'm calling: Studio Series. I'm rendering out characters in HD using 3dsMax 2012 and a custom Mental Ray setup. The images are designed to look like the characters showed up to a photoshoot.

The idea of doing a "photo shoot" with the characters is, to put it bluntly, awesome. It's enabled us to feel like we're capturing sides of their characters we might not normally see, but are still absolutely *them*. Every one of your pictures has some lovely touch to it that makes it feel utterly real.
It's possible when I first found your pictures that I was admin only to Mass Effect Female Shepard on Facebook so, for sake of the page being about Mass Effect but more specifically her, I didn't feel it right to share your work there. I have since become admin to another page called Mass Effect Miranda Lawson. The page was set up from scratch by me and another person who wanted to give Facebook a page for Miranda that wasn't all tits and arse. We were both science graduates in different fields so the page to this day is about 3 parts science posts, 1 part Miranda pictures, 1 part Mass Effect, and 1 part fashion with a healthy dose of condescending tones and sarcasm.
Anyway... in light of having realised I haven't shared *any* of your stuff yet on the page, I would like to ask permission to share this one (and perhaps if you were willing some of your others too) on our page. Technically the first admin has been out of action but I've brought onboard a 3rd and she appreciates that *this* page was set up to do things *properly* which means we ask if we can share every photo we upload, and include in all captions reference to artists and links to their originals. So... would you be willing to let us share your Miranda work..?
